Warranty Disclaimer

Our Slim Xtreme HID kits are covered by a three year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge. Our Volt HID Kits are covered by a two year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer -defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge. These Limited Warranties specifically exclude defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty. All bulbs are tested and burned in by the manufacturer prior to delivery. Burst / exploded HID bulbs are not covered by warranty.

The Volt & Xtreme lines of HID kits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in perfect working condition, has NOT yet been installed, and sent back with ALL included components, documentation, and in original packaging.

All performance headlights, tail lights and fog lights come with a 90 day warranty which is handled directly by our distributor.

All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and funds will be issued only after our staff examines the product. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping the item back. Any return without a RAN will not be accepted.

Please make sure to order the correct item as if you need to exchange the product, there will be a $25 handeling charge and an additional $20 return shipping fee (depending on destination).

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KBcarstuff.com be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience, or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use an KBcarstuff.com product. KBcarstuff.com reserves the right to change the design of its products without any obligation to modify any previous product.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a KBcarstuff.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, KBcarstuff.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. KBcarstuff.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KBcarstuff.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
